Filjak (Zagreb, 1978), born in a family of
musicians, began to learn how to play the piano at the age of five,
which led to her first public appearance when she was only six

Švarc-Grenda gratuaded in piano from the Academy of Music
in Zagreb, under Zvjezdana Bašić. In 1988, she also enrolled at
the Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, in the class of
Marian Hahn, where she was awarded her master´s degree in 1993...

abroad, recorded four compact dises, and brought about and took

The Zagreb Soloists was founded in 1953, within the Zagreb
Radio and Television under the artistic leadership of the eminent
cellist and conductor Antonio Janigro. With him they soon grew
into one of the world´s chosen chamber ensembles of the kind.
Since 1968 they have been performing without a conductor, under
the artistic leadership of the concertmaster...
